Mentor Mate Hr Services invites applications for a Production Manager position at a refrigerator can manufacturing plant in Dahej, Gujarat. You will oversee production operations, target achievement, quality, safety, and machine availability.

Candidates should have 5-8 years in refrigerant gas can/metal can/aerosol manufacturing with supervisory experience and a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Relocation assistance is negotiable for out-of-city candidates.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and target achievement
• Monitor OEE, downtime, and productivity
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ensure quality standards and reduce rejection
• Lead operators and supervisors
• Ensure PPE and EHS compliance
• Implement 5S, TPM, Lean, Kaizen
• Maintain production and KPI reports
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
• Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Location: Dahej, Samatpor, Gujarat - 392130

Experience: 5 - 8 years in refrigerant gas can / metal can / aerosol / manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Salary Budget: 12 LPA - 18 LPA

Department: Production

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager

Note: This role requires Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a refrigerant gas can manufacturing plant

Ensure smooth can manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality, safety, machine availability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning and target achievement
