Different Hair Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Production Professional with 2–3 years of experience in production, quality, planning or related manufacturing functions. You will contribute to planning, team coordination, quality control and process improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Production, Quality, Planning, or related manufacturing functions.
• Candidates from roles such as Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Production Planner, or Quality Control Manager are welcome to apply and grow into a Production Manager role.
• Willing to learn production planning and shop-floor operations.
• Interested in SOPs and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
• Monitor production across various stages.
• Identify production delays and bottlenecks and take corrective & prevention actions.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Station Heads.
• Forecast manpower requirements based on production plans.
• Monitor team performance and productivity; support training and skill development.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Continuously improve production processes and reduce wastage.
• Forecast raw material and inventory requirements for upcoming production.
• Ensure proper material planning and availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Monitor hair processing equipment and production tools.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good condition.
• Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs.
• Minimise equipment breakdowns and production delays.
• Monitor planned vs. actual production.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Support implementation and use of production planning/ERP systems.
