Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Production Manager to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment for our client located in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time position where the ideal candidate will utilize their skills in production planning, problem solving, and lean manufacturing to lead production teams effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production management role with a maximum of 6 years desired.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in production planning and execution.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex production and operational issues effectively.
Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and their application in enhancing production efficiency.
Extensive experience working with air compressors (Mandatory skill).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment to achieve production targets.
