• Plan and execute assembly and dispatch of control panels as per monthly production and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity improvement.
• Monitor assembly progress, resolve issues, and manage bottlenecks across departments.
• Optimize productivity and resource utilization.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with ISO standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient switch-gear production processes.
• Drive continuous improvement for better efficiency, quality, and delivery.
