Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre seeks a GM - Production Manager (Machine Shop) to lead CNC, VMC, HMC operations and turning/milling. You will drive production targets, optimize machine utilization, manage manpower and quality, and oversee OEE, cost reduction, safety and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced machine shop, with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, preventive maintenance, and KPI-driven management.
