Job Title: Production Executive

Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: As per the company standards

Experience: 2 – 4 years

Education: Graduate in Food Technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing predictive/preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability.
• CAPA for production downtimes, quality holds, rejects and customer complaints.
• Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.
• Daily GMP walk and taking immediate actions and ensuring GMP across all areas and initiating actions to sustain the same.
• Reject (rework + scrap) reduction initiatives in respective FPR lines.
• Adhering to SOPs, manuals and work instructions for production operations.
• TPM activities drive and implementation.
• Cost saving initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in production FMCG industries in a similar role. Graduate degree in Food Technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology.

Scope

Ensure effective use of manpower and machinery to meet pre-set production targets, inspect actual production against plan, assess compliance, troubleshoot issues with supply chain and quality control, implement action plans, and improve throughput/cycle time.
