Responsibilities

• Deploy right manpower at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency and output and enroll them in payroll for incentives.
• Verify all standard procedures for controlling weight/gauge, size, colour and appearance of product.
• Set process parameters as per variety, arranging materials and preparatory items.
• Collect and record data required for TQM, prepare control charts and control the process.
• Maximize output by controlling change over time, manufacturing defectives and production downtime below the budgeted level.
• Continuously track all raw material variances.
• Physically verify CCPS such as SIEVE, METAL DETECTOR and WEBS, maintaining documents as per ISO, HACCP and FCC format.
• Check recipe against STD parameters of variety and preparatory items.
• Properly set variables such as AMMONIA, S.M.B.S, WATER and OVEN PROFILE to achieve desired product quality STDS.
• Use materials as per MFG DATE and LOT NO.
• Maintain biscuit grinder room, provide dust removal and update traceability records.
• Focus on root cause analysis, taking corrective and preventive actions as per F.B.C.
• Reduce waste produced by mechanical breakdowns.
• Ensure all areas are hygienically clean.
• Conduct all types of audits such as AIB, ISO, Legal and FSSAI.
