Job summary

Kores India Limited Pharma & Chemical Division is seeking a production supervisor to ensure daily targets are met and to report performance to the Production Manager. The role involves coordinating with maintenance, ensuring material availability, and enforcing GMP and safety regulations.

You will monitor yield and quality, allocate manpower, prepare daily reports, and train operators. Close attention to batch sheets and process optimization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with GMP
• Ability to implement quality management systems and safety regulations
• Experience in preparing production reports and monitoring yield and quality
• Capability to allocate manpower and resources for daily production

Responsibilities

• To achieve daily production targets and report to Production Manager for shortfall
• To ensure availability of raw materials for the day’s production
• Oversee all manufacturing activities and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Report to Production Manager about yield and quality and investigate low yield or poor quality
• Assist production manager in proper allocation of manpower and resources for daily production activities
• Prepare daily production reports and verify batch sheets
• Implement Quality Management System and GMP
• Monitor and achieve safety objectives and comply with statutory safety regulations
• Monitor recoveries of solvents and byproducts, if any
• Provide training to executives and operators

Job description

2. To ensure availability of. Raw materials for the day's prod.

3. Overall supervision of all manufacturing activities.

4. Coordination with maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

5. Report to Production Manager about yield & quality and investigation incase of low yield & poor quality.

6. To assist production manager in proper allocation of manpower and other resources for daily production activities.

7. To prepare daily production reports.

8. To check batch sheets.

9. To implement Quality Management System and G.M.P.

10. To implement safety and observe statutory safety regulations.

11. To monitor & achieve the quality objectives.

12. To monitor & achieve the recoveries of solvents & byproducts, if any.

13. Training to executives / operators.
