Job summary

Varun Beverages Limited is seeking a Production-Executive in Karnataka. The role focuses on production planning, KPI monitoring, and coordination with QC, Maintenance, and Shipping to ensure smooth daily operations and GMP adherence.

The candidate should have 3–6 years of beverage industry experience with hands-on knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and line operations such as KRONES/KHS fillers and packing equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical & Electrical), Regular only
• Experience: 3 to 6 years in beverage industry
• Beverage industry experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Experience in Beverage industry must be shown.
• Production planning and manpower planning.
• Monitor day-to-day production activities and report to Production head.
• Coordinate with internal departments QC, Maintenance, Shipping.
• Maintain quality parameters and ensure KPI targets (yield, co2, closures).
• Ensure GMP compliance and systematic working.
• Handle shift operations and manage workforce.

• Production planning.
• Good Interpersonal skill...
• Knowledge of KRONES Blow Molding- Filler (Combi, Bloc), and Sidel blow molder, KHS filler, Labeler, shrink wrap, Palletizer Operations
• CSD glass line & Hot fill glass line knowledge
• Be a part of production planning and manpower planning.
• Monitoring Day to Day Production activities and report to Production head.
• Control of manufacturing activities, handling workforce, maintaining statutory government requirements.
• Should have sound knowledge of GMP and able to conduct systematic working.
• Accountable for production machine wise KPI and manpower hours.
• Able to handle shift operations
• Has to coordinate with internal departments QC, Maintenance, Shipping
• Has to maintain all the quality parameters.
• Responsible for volume deliver and NE achievements
• Responsible for all KPI target Achievement(preform yield,co2 yield, closure& crown yield)
