Job summary

Sahajanand Medical Technologies in Hyderabad is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure targets are achieved.

You will supervise operators, allocate manpower, and maintain batch records and traceability, while upholding ISO 13485, GMP standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising production operators and meeting daily targets.
• Solid understanding of ISO 13485, GMP and SOPs.
• Capable of maintaining accurate batch records and traceability.

Job description

• Execute daily production activities as per production plan and targets.
• Supervise production operators and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, company procedures.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to approved specifications and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documents, and traceability data.
• Coordinate with Quality, RM Store, and Planning departments.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support audits, validations, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Allocate manpower and production resources within the assigned area.
• Report and escape production, quality, and equipment-related issues.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Other Requirements:

• Languages: English (read, write & speak), Hindi mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy, including:
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP / ERP.
