Job summary

Happilo International is seeking a Production Executive to plan and execute daily production to meet targets in a food manufacturing setup. The role requires ensuring FSSAI, GMP, HACCP and hygiene compliance on the shop floor, while managing shift manpower, training and discipline.

You will monitor processes, control wastage, improve yield, and maintain batch records and production/rejection reports, coordinating with QA, Stores, and Maintenance for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Food Technology or Diploma in Food Processing.
• Knowledge of food safety norms, SOPs and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/in-house).
• Good team handling, reporting and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
