Job summary

Profile Hr Consultants is seeking a Mechanical Production Assembly Supervisor to manage the shop floor assembly shift operations and oversee a team of 10-12 workers. The role focuses on improving OEE, cycle time, and waste reduction while driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge and be fluent in English and Marathi, with hands-on exposure to production lines and shift-level leadership
