Responsibilities

• Manage Machine Shop and Assembly operations.
• Monitor daily production and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Experience in VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, operations.
• Handle machining processes such as Broaching, General Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, and Surface Grinding.
• Perform production planning and coordinate smooth production flow.
• Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure SOP adherence, shop floor discipline, and standard manufacturing practices.
• Support CNC programming and process setting activities.
• Troubleshoot production processes and equipment-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and KANBAN systems.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
