Job summary

Equipment & Automation: Select, set up, and troubleshoot machinery; integrate robotic or automated systems on the assembly line.

Quality & Yield Management: Monitor production metrics (OEE, yield rates, scrap reduction) and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when defects occur.

Standardization: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines for shop floor operators.

Cost Reduction: Identify bottleneck operations and implement engineering changes to minimize raw material and labor expenses.
