The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and extensive experience in manufacturing environments, with proficiency in CAD tools and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth product manufacturing.
• Conduct time studies and capacity planning to improve operational efficiency.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
• Monitor key manufacturing metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
