You will lead shift engineers, monitor performance, analyze gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, with expertise in SAP/ERP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering and related fields.
• Experience in ICM/Electronics Manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, OEE, capacity, and shop-floor management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production output against target, capacity, and standard time.
• Ensure productivity and delivery performance meet defined targets.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve productivity, efficiency, and OEE.
• Lead Shift Engineers and Team Leaders for effective shop-floor execution.

Position: Production Engineer

Experience: 5–8 Years

Department: Production

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, delivery, manpower efficiency, and production targets.

• Monitor production output against target, capacity, and standard time.
• Ensure productivity and delivery performance are achieved as per defined targets.
• Monitor and reduce ineffective time through process monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Drive initiatives to minimize line rejection and improve production quality.
• Lead and guide Shift Engineers and Team Leaders for effective shop-floor execution.
• Conduct daily production meetings and review production status, line issues, and action plans.
• Monitor machine output, manpower utilization, attendance, and OT.
• Analyze Input Quantity vs. Testing Quantity and identify production gaps.
• Ensure smooth order flow as per standard Time Ticket.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Materials, and Testing teams to resolve production issues.
• Stop production/work in case of critical Quality or Safety deviations.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly production performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and OEE.
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering – Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Production / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in ICM / Electronic Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, productivity, OEE, capacity, and shop-floor management.
• Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and CAPA.
• Experience in manpower management and production reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP / ERP and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
