Job summary

Rp Placement Services is seeking a Production Engineer with 1-3 years of experience for an on-roll opening in Rohtak. The role focuses on executing production schedules, reducing cycle times and waste, and applying Lean/5S/Six Sigma to improve overall efficiency. The candidate should have a B.Tech/B.E.

in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Manufacturing, with first-class performance. The position requires collaboration with Quality, Maintenance and SCM teams and strict adherence to safety

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in relevant engineering field required.
• 1-3 years of production engineering experience.
• First class in degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedules and cut cycle time and waste.
• Apply Lean, 5S and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor quality and perform root cause analysis.
• Track OEE and WIP KPIs and coordinate with Quality/Maintenance/SCM.
• Ensure safety and SOP adherence.
