Job summary

Kukreja Auto Components Sonipat seeks an experienced manufacturing professional to lead assembly operations in the automotive lighting division. You will develop daily, weekly and monthly production schedules, balancing resources to meet targets and delivery commitments.

The role requires 8–10 years in the assembly domain, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of driving productivity across manual to automated lines while ensuring SOP adherence and traceability.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in assembly department, preferably automotive lighting.
• Experience managing assembly lines and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan daily/weekly/monthly production schedules and meet delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for Assembly lines.
• Ensure adherence to production plan, cycle time, and customer delivery commitments.
• Balance manpower, machines, moulds, and materials to meet output and efficiency goals.
• Monitor production performance and take corrective actions for deviations.
• Ensure smooth changeovers and minimal downtime.
• Deliver consistent quality and productivity in assembly processes.
• Manage manual, semi-automatic, and automated assembly lines.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, control plans, and SOPs.
• Improve line balancing, ergonomics, and productivity.
• Implement poka-yoke and error-proofing mechanisms.
• Ensure traceability of automotive lighting products.

Role & responsibilities:

Execution of Production Plan as per plan received from PPC

Accountability: Achieve production targets with optimum utilization of resources.

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for Assembly lines


• Ensure adherence to production plan, Cycle time, and customer delivery commitments


• Balance manpower, machines, moulds, and materials to meet output and efficiency goals


• Monitor production performance and take corrective actions for deviations


• Ensure smooth changeovers and minimal downtime
