Job summary

Rico Auto Industries is seeking a senior production leader for Gravity Die Casting (GDC) alloy wheel manufacturing. You will lead end-to-end operations and manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees, ensuring efficient use of manpower, machines and resources.

Drive Kaizen, 5S, and cost-saving initiatives to optimize shop-floor discipline and output. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within GDC alloy wheel production, hands-on manufacturing experience, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing GDC Alloy Wheel Production.
• Hands-on production experience in Alloy Wheel GDC manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GDC alloy wheel production operations.
• Manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.
• Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, cost-saving initiatives, and shop-floor discipline.
• Review daily production and rejection data to achieve maximum output with minimum rejection.
• Implement and sustain 5S practices across the department.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high equipment and furnace availability.
• Develop and mentor production teams for improved performance.
• Improve and sustain GDC OEE to 80% or higher.
• Work closely with the New Product Development team for successful product launches.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Hands-on production experience in Alloy Wheel GDC manufacturing.
