Job summary

Mudh ra Fine Blanc in Tamil Nadu is seeking a qualified supervisor to manage a press shop team of up to 20 operators and oversee High Speed Power Press and Transfer Press operations.

The role requires good English to read machine instructions and strong knowledge of stamping press operations, tooling, maintenance, and handling of press decoiler, straightener and feeder operations. You will also be involved in deburring, tumbling, and cleaning processes and in troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Able to control Manpower of Max. 20 members
• Able to supervise High Speed Power Press & Transfer Presses operations
• Good in English to read & understand Machine Instructions
• Knowledgable in Stamping Press Operations in High Speed Power Press & Transfer Presses & Machine Maintenence
• Knowledgable in Handling Press operators
• Knowledgable in handling Press Decoiler, Straightener & Feeder operations
• Knowledgable in Press Tools & Maintenence
• Knowledgable in Sheet metal Stamping Products
• Knowledgeable in Deburring, Tumbling, Cleaning Process
