Omniactive Health Technologies in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Trainee/GET to support manufacturing operations, calibrate instruments, monitor drying processes, and ensure GMP compliance. The role involves dispensing, packing, material procurement, and documentation duties on the production line.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or trainees in chemical engineering or chemistry, willing to work in shifts, with training provided.

Formación

• Diploma in chemical engineering or B.Tech in chemical engineering or BSc Chemistry / Bio Chemistry MSc.
• Experience as Trainee / GET in a chemical manufacturing setup.
• Willing to work in shifts; freshers will be trained for the role.
• Basic understanding of GMP and quality documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Adherence to standard operating procedure.
• Calibration of weighing instruments.
• Monitoring and control of specific Drying operations.
• Responsible for dispensing, packing, and storage of packing material.
• To monitor housekeeping, perform equipment cleaning.
• Achieving the production targets.
• Responsible for procurement of the liquid extract and wet cake from extraction blocks.
• Procurement of the packing material and other consumables from stores through the Material Requisition Slip.
• Maintenance of production equipment in coordination with Engineering and Maintenance department.
• Monitoring of process efficiencies.
• Data entry in quality records.
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Responsible for giving sample request to QC and Micro test.
• Responsible for collecting the QC and Micro results.
• Reporting non-conformance, adherence, and initiation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with Quality Assurance.
• Maintenance of drying-related documents and quality records.
• Traceability from dried product to wet materials.
• Equipment Handled : Reactors (Glass line, Stainless Steel, AGR), Filters (Centrifuge, Nutsche filter & Sparkler filter). Dryers.
