Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management in Maharashtra is seeking a Production Workman/Operator (Male) to execute batch manufacturing as per SOPs and process parameters, ensuring right-first-time production and proper documentation. The role requires a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Food Technology with 0–2 years of experience.

You will follow GMP, HACCP, FDA standards and coordinate with various departments on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Food Technology required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Male candidate only as per job posting.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing as per approved SOPs and production plans.
• Handle raw materials: identification, weighing, charging, mixing, heating, processing and packaging.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, CCP/OPRP, FDA, AIB, food safety and contamination-control requirements.
• Ensure accurate BMR, in-process checks and complete production documentation.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation and CIP per SOPs.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and maintain material traceability and safe handling.
• Operate equipment safely after training and report abnormalities/deviations.
• Maintain PPE, 5S, housekeeping and TPM standards on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning and Shift In-charge.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and right-first-time batch execution.

Job Purpose :

To safely and efficiently execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved SOP, process parameters, food safety requirements, and quality standards, ensuring right-first-time production, accurate documentation, and timely batch completion.

• Execute batch manufacturing as per approved SOPs, process parameters and production plans.
• Handle raw material identification, weighing, charging, mixing, heating, processing and packaging.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, CCP/OPRP, FDA, AIB, food safety and contamination-control requirements.
• Ensure accurate BMR, in-process checks, CCP records and complete production documentation.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation and CIP activities as per SOPs.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO, material traceability and safe material-handling practices.
• Operate equipment safely after required training and report abnormalities/deviations immediately.
• Maintain PPE, 5S, housekeeping and TPM standards on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning and Shift In-charge for smooth production.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and right-first-time batch execution.
