Job summary

SEITZ Cleaning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Production Executive to assist in daily chemical production activities, including raw-material handling, formulation, equipment operation, packaging, dispatch, and documentation. The role supports safety, quality and stock control across shifts and coordinates with in-house lab tasks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in chemical production, familiarity with blending equipment and a proactive approach to maintaining records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant hands-on chemical production experience preferred.
• Fresher or 6 months to 2 years in chemical manufacturing is acceptable.
• Ability to maintain production records and logs.
• Knowledge of chemical safety and safe storage practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch production and mixing activities per procedures.
• Handle and store chemical raw materials and finished products safely.
• Operate mixers, tanks, pumps, weighing equipment and production machinery.
• Carry out packaging and dispatch tasks for products.
• Clean production machinery and vessels regularly.
• Support basic machinery servicing and troubleshooting.
• Report deviations, abnormal conditions and equipment issues.
• Maintain production logs and stock ledgers.
• Enter local purchase, production and billing data as needed.
• Assist with monthly material weighing and stock reconciliation.
• Check stock levels and report material shortages.
• Follow PPE, safety and quality requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks within shift timelines.
• Assist with in-process and finished product analysis and regular lab activities.

Job Purpose

SEITZ Cleaning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Executive to associate in day-to-day chemical production activities, including raw-material handling, chemical formulation, equipment operation, packaging, dispatch, production documentation, stock reconciliation and basic machinery maintenance.

Chemical manufacturing/chemical production experience is advantageous. Who can work directly with chemical raw materials, blenders, vessel operations and production equipment while maintaining safety, quality and production records, are preferable.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute batch production and mixing activities according to approved production procedures.


• Handle and store chemical raw materials and finished products safely.


• Operate mixers, tanks, pumps, weighing equipment and other production machinery.


• Perform production, packaging and dispatch activities of products, including retail products.


• Carry out routine cleaning of production machinery, blenders and vessels.


• Support basic machinery servicing, troubleshooting and repair activities.


• Report production deviations, abnormal conditions, defective products and equipment issues.


• Maintain production logs, raw-material ledgers and other required records.


• Make challan/entries related to local purchase, production and billing as required.


• Assist with monthly raw-material weighing, physical stock reconciliation and closing-stock activities.


• Check stock levels and report raw-material shortages or discrepancies.


• Follow chemical handling, PPE, quality and workplace safety requirements.


• Complete assigned production tasks within shift timelines.


• Association in in-process and finished product analysis.


• Association in regular laboratory activities.

Requirements

• Fresher or 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing/chemical production.


• Practical experience with raw-material handling and chemical mixing.


• Experience operating blending machines, vessels or comparable chemical-production equipment.


• Knowledge of chemical safety, PPE and safe storage/handling practices.


• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment problems.


• Ability to maintain production records, logs and basic stock/raw-material documentation.


• Ability to work in a hands-on factory environment and handle physical production activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cleaning chemicals, detergents, laundry chemicals, textile chemicals, institutional chemicals or specialty formulations.


• Working knowledge of pH, viscosity and density measurements.


• Experience with packaging, dispatch and stock reconciliation.


• ITI, Diploma, B.Sc. Chemistry or other relevant technical qualification.

Education

Relevant hands-on chemical production experience is more important. Technical qualifications such as ITI/Diploma/B.Sc. Chemistry are advantageous.
