M/S Integrin Life Sciences in India is seeking an API manufacturing professional to execute production activities in accordance with BMRs and SOPs.

The role involves operating reactors and other equipment, maintaining batch records and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Freshers with relevant qualifications and willingness to learn may also apply.

Formación

• BSc/MSc Chemistry or Diploma/BTech in Chemical Engineering.
• 04 years of API manufacturing or pharmaceutical chemical production experience.
• Basic knowledge of chemical reactions, unit operations, GMP documentation and industrial safety.
• Willingness to work in shifts in a manufacturing plant.

Responsabilidades

• Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved BMRs and SOPs.
• Handle chemical reactions, charging, distillation, filtration, drying, centrifugation and material transfer operations.
• Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other production equipment.
• Maintain process parameters, yield records, batch documentation and equipment logbooks.
• Follow cGMP, EHS, safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Report process deviations, equipment issues and safety incidents to the supervisor.
