Job summary

Nutrabay is seeking a Production Executive – 3rd Party Manufacturing to own production execution across external partners. You will coordinate with 3rd-party manufacturers, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure products meet formulations, specs, quality standards, timelines and cost targets.

The role is hands-on, requiring on-ground troubleshooting and ownership to drive external partners toward consistent quality, efficiency and timely delivery, including scaling up NPD for

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in food, nutraceutical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, troubleshooting and scale-up.
  • Experience working with or managing third-party/contract manufacturing partners.
  • Ownership mindset from production planning to final dispatch.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Commercial understanding of quality, cost, productivity and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Own production execution across external manufacturing partners and ensure alignment with formulations, specs and cost targets.
  • Coordinate between 3rd-party manufacturers, R&D, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges on the ground and drive external partners toward quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead NPD scale-up and commercialization from trials to commercial production.
  • Develop and monitor SOPs and dashboards; drive continuous improvement with manufacturers.

Job description

We are looking for a Production Executive – 3rd Party Manufacturing to take ownership of production execution across our external manufacturing partners.The role will be the key coordination point between 3rd-party manufacturers, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain, ensuring that products are manufactured as per approved formulations, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and cost targets.This is a hands‑on execution role for someone who understands manufacturing on the ground, can troubleshoot production challenges quickly, and has the ownership to drive external manufacturing partners toward consistent quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.The role will also play a critical part in NPD scale‑up and commercialization, ensuring a smooth transition from R&D trials to successful commercial production.

You Should Apply If You Have
  • Hands‑on experience in food, nutraceutical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and scale‑up.

  • Successful execution of NPD scale‑up and commercialization from trial batches to commercial production.
  • Stronger SOPs, production dashboards, performance tracking, and manufacturer accountability.
  • Faster identification and resolution of production and manufacturing issues.
  • Establishment of a scalable and reliable operating rhythm with key manufacturing partners.
