Job summary

G.S. Pharmbutor Private Limited is seeking an experienced production leader in India to manage end-to-end operations from planning to dispatch.

You will oversee a 70+ member team, ensure brand quality, and drive OEE improvements while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of cGMP, WHO-GMP, and Schedule M, with hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor operations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in External Liquid Preparations, OSD, Topical and Tablet manufacturing.
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 14–15 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP, WHO-GMP, Schedule M, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, manpower management, and shop-floor operations.
• Capable of managing three-shift production with productivity, quality and on-time delivery.
• Experience with BMR, BPR, SOPs and deviation investigations.
• Strong leadership and team-building to develop high-performing teams.
• Understanding of OEE, process improvement, capacity utilization and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication with hands-on shop-floor management.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in External Liquid Preparations, OSD, Topical and Tablet manufacturing.
