Job summary

Sidel is seeking a Training Solutions Specialist focused on Mehcatronic to deliver high-quality technical training to internal teams and customers at client sites or remotely. You will design, produce, and update learning materials to meet customer requirements and market trends.

Responsibilities include delivering sessions, ensuring training quality, developing course content, supporting training offers, and mentoring junior trainers while traveling frequently (>50%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Technical diploma or equivalent.
• Specialisation/experience in mechatronic.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of learning solutions, market trends and innovations.
• Technical subject matter expertise in Technical Training solutions.
• Knowledge of training content design tools and software.
• Experience as a trainer/content designer/Field Service Engineer/Technician.
• Willingness to travel (>50%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver product technical training sessions per requirements.
• Monitor and improve training session quality.
• Design technical training materials for customers and staff.
• Define course length and content for TTC Training Courses.
• Create and manage training modules to support FSE Training Path.
• Create multimedia objects for training materials.
• Support training innovations by piloting new methods.
• Assist in building training offers with guidelines on course length/content.
• Coordinate travel with the reference Training Assistant.
• Monitor trainer occupation rate KPIs.
• Mentor junior trainers.
• Travel as required.

Job description

Responsible for delivering high quality training solutions within Mehcatronic area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT, coaching) at Sidel, at the customer site or via remote learning. Responsible for design, production and availability of new and updated learning solutions materials that meet internal and external customer requirements. Develop new and innovative training tools and delivery methods in line with the market trends.

Your Mission

• Deliver product technical training sessions in line with the internal and external customer requirements
• Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of the training sessions quality
• Design Technical Training material and documentation accordingly to Customers and internal employees training demand
• Define length and content of TTC Training Courses to maximize quality and effectiveness of learning solutions
• Create, design and manage training modules to support FSE Training Path
• Create and design multimedia objects to be included in training materials
• Support training Innovations by investigating and piloting innovative training methods and solutions
• Support product training quotation in building the Training offers with guidelines about course length and content
• Make travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training Assistant
• Monitor trainer occupation rate KPIs
• Mentor junior trainers
• Make travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training Assistant

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Technical diploma or equivalent.
• Specialisation/experience in mechatronic
• English
• Good understanding of learning solutions and market drivers, trends and innovations
• Technical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area
• Knowledge of training content design tools and SW
• Previous experience as a trainer and/or content designer and/or Field Service Engineer and/or Technician
