Job summary

VASA Denticity Limited is seeking a Product Trainer to lead education for internal teams, dental professionals, channel partners and customers. You will conduct demonstrations, workshops, webinars and classroom trainings, translating complex dental concepts into engaging sessions.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of dental products, procedures and clinical applications, with excellent communication, presentation and training delivery skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product training or clinical education.
• Strong knowledge of dental products, procedures and clinical applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training for dental products, equipment, instruments, consumables and solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and classroom training.
• Explain features, benefits, specs, usage, maintenance and clinical applications.
• Train sales teams and channel partners on product positioning and USPs.
• Support workshops, CME programs, exhibitions and professional events.
• Create training content: presentations, manuals, FAQs, videos.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Product Trainer to lead product training and education for internal teams, dental professionals, channel partners, and customers.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, hands-on workshops, webinars, classroom training, and clinical/product education programs . The role also involves supporting sales teams, distributors, and customers with product knowledge, positioning, USPs, applications, and technical guidance.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dental products, procedures, and clinical applications , along with excellent presentation and communication skills. The candidate should be able to simplify technical information into engaging and practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product training for dental products, equipment, instruments, consumables, and solutions.
  
• Deliver product demonstrations, hands-on workshops, webinars, and classroom training.
  
• Explain product features, benefits, specifications, usage, maintenance, and clinical applications.
  
• Train sales teams and channel partners on product positioning, USPs, competitive advantages, and objection handling.
  
• Conduct product education and demonstrations for dentists, dental clinics, dental colleges, and healthcare professionals.
  
• Support workshops, CME programs, exhibitions, and professional events.
  
• Create training presentations, product manuals, FAQs, videos, and other educational content.
  
• Develop training modules for new product launches and existing products.
  
• Support new product launches by training internal teams, distributors, dealers, and customers.
  
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support to field and sales teams.
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, quizzes, and practical demonstrations.
  
• Maintain training schedules, attendance, completion records, and training reports.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field .
  
• 2–5 years of experience in product training, dental product education, clinical training, sales training, or a related role.
  
• Strong knowledge of dental products, procedures, and clinical applications .
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
  
• Experience or comfort with classroom and hands-on product demonstrations.
  
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and online training tools .
  
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, workshops, exhibitions, and training programs.
  
• Experience with dental clinics, dentists, dental colleges, distributors, or dental product companies will be preferred.
  
• Strong product demonstration and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
