Responsibilities

• Planifier et coordonner des programmes de formation selon les besoins des utilisateurs.
• Préparer des documents de formation et du contenu pédagogique.
• Gérer les interactions avec les clients et communiquer leurs besoins aux équipes internes.

Plan, conduct, develop, and coordinate training programs for users and evaluate their effectiveness to increase proficiency.

Prepare training materials and develop instructional content.

Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the trainees.

Coordinate training schedules, dates, and logistics, and maintain all databases related to the training.

Troubleshoot basic issues raised during training sessions. For complex issues, guide customers to support teams for resolution.

Design and develop new training programs by understanding existing gaps.

Handle client interactions and communicate requirements to relevant internal teams.

Understand the FMCG industry and client’s business model is preferred.

Requirements:

• Work experience in Software Product Training, Event management, and/or demo and crowd management profiles (at least one criterion must be fulfilled).
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) in English, Hindi, Punjabi, or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-growing startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills; a good team player.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet training schedules (mandatory).
• Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS-Excel.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in Software Product Training, Event management, and/or demo and crowd management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency with computers and mobile devices, with moderate MS-Excel skills.
• Understanding of the FMCG business model.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and eagerness to work in a high-pressure, fast-growing startup environment.
