Job summary

Firstmeridian Global Services is seeking a confident Product Trainer to represent premium global consumer-electronics brands. You will lead product training, live demos, and retail presentations, engaging customers and partner teams.

The role requires exceptional English, polished presentation skills, and willingness to travel across India, with own two-wheeler. You will participate in brand activations, trade fairs and customer engagements across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Technology, Communication or a related field.
• 14 years of experience in product training, product demonstration, retail brand advocacy, premium/luxury sales or similar roles.
• Candidates from premium consumer electronics, lifestyle retail, aviation or hospitality with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Confident, polished and professional personality.
• Passion for audio products, smart watches, action cameras and wellness technology.
• Strong communication, storytelling and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training for retail staff, channel partners and sales teams.
• Conduct live product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits and USPs.
• Deliver product presentations at retail stores, client locations and partner events.
• Represent brands at trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches and industry events.
• Visit retail outlets to ensure proper product display and brand positioning.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge and effective demonstration techniques.
• Collect retailer/customer feedback and competitor insights.
• Travel across cities for training programs, retail visits and brand activations.
