Hiring: FMCG Training Manager
Location: New Delhi & Ahmedabad (Client Location)
Experience: 6 to 15Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver product, sales, and process training programs
• Conduct 70% Operational Training and 30% Field-based OJT (On-the-Job Training)
• Develop training calendars, modules, presentations, and assessment tools
• Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and productivity
• Conduct induction, refresher, and skill enhancement programs
• Identify training needs and close performance gaps
• Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure training effectiveness
• Prepare training reports, performance analysis, and attendance records

Required Skills:

• Strong FMCG sales operations knowledge

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
• Training & Development certification will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile:

• Experience managing FMCG sales teams
• Fluent in English (Regional language preferred)
• Willing to travel extensively for field training
• Strong leadership and people management skills
