Job description

Design and deliver engaging training sessions to help our partners and users confidently work with our software.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver product training sessions for users (in-person and virtual).
• Create clear training materials and instructional guides.
• Identify training gaps and update content accordingly.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot basic user issues during sessions and escalate when needed.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve future trainings.
• Communicate client requirements internally and ensure alignment.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in product training, event management, or demo/crowd handling.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi or other regional languages is a plus).
• Confident in presenting to groups and managing large training sessions.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site training (mandatory).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and MS Excel.

Preferred

• Familiarity with the FMCG or retail industry is a strong advantage
