Job Description

Job Title: Product Trainer

Experience: 5+ years in Technical Product Training, preferably in a B2B tech or AI-driven company

About the Role:

The Product Trainer - Lead will be responsible for delivering top class product training on the Kore.ai Products and Solutions to customers, employees and partners. The training should enable the participants to meet their business requirements and derive full value from the application. Training can be delivered through multiple modes like onsite, classroom, online and e-learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on Kore.ai Products and Solutions for employees, clients and partners.
• Create and develop training guides, decks, videos and other training content.
• Regular curriculum enhancement with product enhancements.
• Keep up with product developments by interacting with various product development teams.
• Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ yrs of experience in Software Product Implementation Training.
• Excellent English communication skills - oral, written, and listening.
• Interaction - facilitation, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Self - organized and ability to work with minimal direction.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree
