Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant role.

• Experience in delivering within cost and budget constraints.
• Strong issue resolution skills and meeting TATs.
• Effective management of multiple stakeholders in large programs.
• Maintenance of MIS and project hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries within cost and budgets.
• Address and solve reported issues efficiently.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure project progress.
• Develop backup plans to mitigate risks and recurrence.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to track deliveries.
• Resolve reported issues within the agreed TAT.
• Provide reviews on critical dependencies (functional/technical).
• Monitor gaps and escalate to stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain project hygiene including MIS reports and drive issue resolution.

Experience required: 5 to 7 years

Required Technical Skillset:-:-

• Knowledge of PL SQL
• Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products.
• Implements process improvement initiatives and improves and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Manages deliveries with in Cost and Budgets
• Addresses and solve reported issues.
• Capable to handle multiple stakeholders in large programs
• Maintain project hygiene including MIS

Responsibilities:-

• Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking/payments/Capital Markets) would be an added advantage
• Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is desired
• Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
• Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence
• Coordinates onsite and offshore teams in order to keep the track of deliveries
• Resolve reported issues within the TAT
• Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical)
• Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
• Maintain project hygiene including scheduled MIS reports and participate in internal discussions for resolution of reported issues
