• A Core Banking PMO (Project Management Office) Tech Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging technology and business goals within banking transformation projects.
• To lead and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of core banking systems by combining technical expertise with project governance and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

1. 1. Project Governance & Oversight - Ensure projects align with business objectives and regulatory standards. Track deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
2. 2. Technical Leadership - Guide development and integration of core banking platforms (e.g., Oracle FLEXCUBE). Support customization, testing, and deployment of banking solutions.
