Job summary

ReqOpen is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer in Gurugram to drive onboarding and data migrations for B2B SaaS clients. You will own API integrations, develop migration scripts, and provide technical support during onboarding, ensuring zero data loss and smooth transitions for merchants.

The role requires hands-on coding in Python and JavaScript/React, experience with REST APIs, FastAPI or SOAP, and a track record of 5+ implementations per month. Sector 44, Gurgaon; US shift timing with WFO.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in B2B SaaS in a technical implementation, solutions engineering or integration role.
• Must be able to write production-ready code independently (Python, JavaScript/React).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, FastAPI or SOAP.
• Experience owning end-to-end merchant onboarding and data migration.
• Proven track record of handling 5+ implementations per month.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Collaborate with onboarding specialists to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth merchant onboarding
• Data Migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate subscription data from previous platforms to Loop with zero data loss
• API Integration: Build and own API integrations between Loop and merchant platforms
• Write migration scripts for subscription data transfers
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during onboarding, addressing issues promptly
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, migration processes and troubleshooting
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure no escalations post-onboarding
• Shopify Expertise: Leverage Shopify knowledge to assist merchants with custom requirements

• Experience owning end-to-end merchant/client onboarding and data migration
• Proven track record of handling 5+ implementations per month
• BTech/BCA in Computer Science or related field
• Stable work history with minimum 1.5 years per role
