We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between product, customers, sales, and growth. This person will own how we communicate our product internally and externally, translate features into compelling value propositions, and drive efficient customer acquisition through data led growth marketing.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building from scratch, and has experience scaling products in a 1 to 100 growth journey.

- Translate product features and capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits and business outcomes.
- Own customer facing product communication, including product launches, feature announcements, release notes, product updates, email communication, and adoption campaigns.
- Build product messaging for different stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, administrators, and end users.
- Develop customer education and enablement assets such as product guides, FAQs, one-pagers, presentations, demos, and use-case documents.
- Understand customer pain points, feedback, and usage behaviour to identify communication gaps and opportunities to improve adoption.
- Ensure customers understand not just what the product does, but why it matters to their business.
- Act as the communication bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Ensure internal teams understand new features, product changes, use cases, limitations, and positioning before communicating them to customers.
- Create sales enablement material, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, competitor comparisons, and product walkthroughs.
- Convert customer feedback and frontline insights into actionable inputs for the Product team.
- Plan and execute growth marketing initiatives across relevant paid and organic channels.
- Own customer acquisition performance, with a strong focus on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and improving acquisition efficiency.
- Track campaign performance across the funnel, from lead generation and conversion to qualified opportunities and customer acquisition.
- Experiment with messaging, creatives, landing pages, audiences, offers, and channels to improve conversion rates.
- Work with sales and growth teams to understand lead quality and optimise campaigns for meaningful business outcomes, not just clicks or leads.
- Monitor acquisition metrics, identify inefficiencies, and continuously reallocate effort and budgets towards better-performing channels.
- Build a culture of experimentation through structured hypotheses, rapid testing, and data-backed decisions.
4. Building in a Startup Environment
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from identifying a problem to executing, measuring, and improving the solution.
- Work comfortably in an environment where processes are still evolving and priorities can change quickly..
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, B2B marketing.
- Prior experience working in a startup, preferably in a fast growing SaaS, AI, B2B technology.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to a 1 to 100 scaling journey building processes, launching initiatives, and improving outcomes as the business grows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to understand business problems from the customer's perspective.
- Hands on experience with growth campaigns and a clear understanding of CPA, CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and acquisition efficiency.
- A data driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and turn insights into action.
- A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to get into the details.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, AI products, HR tech, sales enablement, or learning and development.
- Experience marketing a product with multiple user personas or complex use cases.
- Experience building product communication processes from scratch.
- Experience running A/B tests and optimising landing pages and acquisition funnels.
- A portfolio of product launches, campaigns, sales enablement assets, or growth experiments with measurable results.

- Internal alignment: % Improvement in NPS for the feature released
- Acquisition efficiency: Reduction in CPA and improvement in conversion rates across relevant funnel stages.
