• Manage and drive Remittances, Export/Import Documentary Collections, LC/BG, Pre-shipment and Post Shipment Finance product set.
• Own product P&L, pricing dynamics, and MIS for Trade Finance offerings.
• Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk teams to launch compliant products.
• Lead digitization initiatives and develop integrated digital platforms for corporate clients in Trade Finance.
• Provide periodic product trainings and engage with market intermediaries and clients to grow Trade Finance business.

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking

Location – Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Work in Product Management function of the Bank to develop and customize Trade Finance, Remittances & Trade services products/ variants. Structure and advice best in class solutions to Trade Sales team and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and driving set of solutions (Remittances, Export/ Import Documentary Collections, LC/ BG, Pre-shipment/ Post Shipment Finance) and customizing products/ services to suit client requirements in Commercial banking segment as per dynamic market conditions. On a day-to-day basis, facilitate necessary transaction structuring/ advisory to Trade Sales team to enable effective solution for client requirements.
• Own Product P&L, product portfolio, manage pricing dynamics, transaction advisory and MIS.
• During the Product Development process, work with cross functional teams i.e. Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk Management teams to develop product/ processes in line with regulatory/economic/geo-political conditions and drive smooth deliver of such products/ services for launch.
• Work with multiple stakeholders for product innovation, differentiators, and digitization journey. Designing and development of integrated digitized platform for Corporate clients that can provide seamless digital experience for Trade Finance business.
• Work on process changes, new initiatives to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct periodic product trainings/ seminar for different teams in the bank.
• Partner with market intermediaries, FinTech’s, clients to create solutions and promote digital eco-system to enable growth of Trade Finance business.
