Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience for APM role, 3+ years for PM role.
• Experience in a fast paced startup environment is preferred.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Supply Chain Finance portfolio of products from ideation to release and post release analytics and optimizations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed product requirements.
• Ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented in line with Business strategy.
• Perform user acceptance testing and release features to key stakeholders.
• Complete ownership of defining & tracking usage analytics and driving optimization and enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and product roadmap.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Indian Fintech Ecosystem / Banking Ecosystem
• Proficiency in Loan Origination System & Loan Management Systems
• Hands on experience in designing User Journeys for Supply Chain Financing, Invoice Discounting, Invoice Financing, Business Checkout Financing, etc.
• Proficient in analyzing technical documentations, API documentations, system design documents.
• Proficient in driving 3rd party API / SDK integrations, including KYB, KYC
• Proficient in collecting and analyzing requirements from key stakeholders and translating into well-defined PRD / requirement specifications.
• Proficient in defining and tracking usage analytics and other product metrics via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics / CleverTap / other related tracking tools.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, NoSQL and Data Analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in creating wireframes and managing UX & VD design deliverables.
• Proficient in managing product & project backlogs.
• Proficient in managing & coordinating with external & internal stakeholders.

Experience & Educational Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience for APM role, 3+ years experience for PM role
• Experience in a fast paced startup environment is preferred.
• B.Tech/ B.E / MCA from tier 1 / tier 2 institutes.
• MBA optional.
