Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an MBA with 4+ years of banking experience to manage the SA portfolio and liabilities book movement at a pan-bank level.

You will conduct deep-dive analyses of portfolio metrics to identify insights for improvement and drive book growth through front-end channels and coordinated stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and basic data analytics using Tableau/SQL/Python is required to implement growth strategies for ETB/CIB.

1. Managing overall liabilities book movement for SA portfolio at pan bank level.
2. Conducting deep-dive analysis on portfolio metrics for identifying key insights to portfolio improvement.
3. Initiate drives through various front-end channels for deepening customer engagement and portfolio penetration, leading to book growth.
4. Coordinating with various internal stakeholders in engaging on developments focused at book growth
5. Experience in handling SA portfolio, book growth, strategies to grow ETB/CIB book
