The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience in CASA or liability sales, excellent communication, and strong leadership skills to train the team and drive performance while ensuring KYC/AML compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in CASA, liability sales, or branch sales management within Banking/NBFC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong leadership, and proven negotiation abilities.
• Deep understanding of Current Savings Accounts, liability products, and local market potential in Mumbai.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and track daily performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Drive Current Account and Savings Account sourcing across retail, HNI, SME, and corporate clients in Mumbai.
• Conduct joint sales calls, train team members on pitches, and execute catchment area drives.
• Build and retain key client accounts while cross-selling banking products and services.
