OnGrid is seeking a motivated Product Manager to build products that solve real operational problems at scale. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, CX, and business teams to translate complex workflows into actionable requirements and roadmaps, driving products from conception through launch and scale.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience building or working on SaaS/workflow products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic technical understanding (APIs, system flows, integrations).
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own product tracks and associated business metrics end-to-end.
Define roadmaps and execution plans aligned with business goals.
Translate business and operational problems into product requirements.
Work closely with engineering, operations, CX, and business teams.
Drive products from conception → launch → scale.
Lead solution discussions including integrations and technical workflows.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
