Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager based in India to lead enterprise product capabilities for institutional financial markets.

You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution across privacy, integrations, and deployment models, working with banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions. You will collaborate with strategic partners and sales teams, translating complex needs into scalable software while leveraging AI prototyping to accelerate validation and development.

Qualifications

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in India.

This is a strategic, high-impact product leadership role focused on building next-generation enterprise capabilities for institutional financial markets. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex solutions serving major banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, and other financial institutions. The role sits at the intersection of traditional finance, enterprise technology, capital markets infrastructure, and emerging digital asset solutions. You will translate sophisticated institutional needs into scalable, production-ready software while working closely with senior technical and operational stakeholders. You will also play a key role in enterprise sales, customer discovery, prototyping, and strategic partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on product leader who combines strong financial markets expertise with technical depth and exceptional execution skills.

Accountabilities

• Own the strategy, prioritization, roadmap, and execution of enterprise-focused product capabilities serving institutional financial services customers.

• Define and deliver capabilities spanning privacy models, strategic integrations, and flexible deployment approaches, from managed services to institution-operated environments.

• Work closely with strategic development partners and modular platform providers to incorporate customer insights into a cohesive, enterprise-grade product offering.

• Partner with go-to-market and sales teams throughout high-value enterprise sales cycles, providing product expertise during technical evaluations, information security reviews, RFPs, pilots, and transitions into production.

• Lead structured customer discovery with institutional stakeholders, translating complex business and operational requirements into clear product opportunities.

• Use AI-assisted tools and modern prototyping approaches to create early specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and testable product artifacts that accelerate validation and development.

• Monitor competitive developments and market trends across capital markets technology, enterprise tokenization, digital assets, and public and private blockchain ecosystems.

• Convert successful customer and deployment experiences into repeatable product narratives, demonstrations, proof-of-concept frameworks, and go-to-market assets.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, sales, and leadership teams to move products from discovery through delivery and adoption.

• Independently drive initiatives from ambiguous customer requirements to well-defined specifications and shipped product capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Product Management experience, supported by a strong technical foundation in software development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology platforms.

• Significant experience within traditional financial institutions or financial services organizations, such as banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, or fund operators.

• Deep understanding of financial market operations, including trade lifecycles, post-trade processes, settlement, and fund administration.

• Proven track record of owning and launching complex software products for enterprise customers.

• Experience supporting enterprise sales processes, including technical evaluations, information security reviews, RFPs, pilots, and production deployments.

• Strong ability to independently transform customer discovery and market insights into product specifications, prototypes, wireframes, and shipped features.

• Comfortable using modern AI tools and prototyping frameworks to rapidly develop and validate product concepts.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage independently with CTOs, Heads of Operations, enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and other senior stakeholders.

• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and a high degree of ownership.

• Experience with enterprise tokenization platforms, digital assets, or private blockchain infrastructure is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with transaction privacy models, confidential computing, selective disclosure, or related privacy technologies is desirable.

• Understanding of modular tokenization architectures across issuance, lifecycle management, trading, and settlement is a plus.

• Experience with EVM-compatible networks, enterprise Web3 platforms, token services, consensus services, smart contract frameworks, stablecoins, or asset tokenization solutions is advantageous.
