Careernet, India, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product vision for customer account and loyalty capabilities across digital channels. You will translate customer needs into requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics and operations to deliver engaging retail digital products that drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant product management experience.
• Hands-on product management with roadmap ownership and lifecycle management.
• Experience as a PM for customer-facing digital products in retail.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric solutions across digital channels.
• Experience designing rewards, loyalty or similar customer engagement capabilities.

Skills Required:

• Experience as a Product Manager for customer-facing digital products in the retail domain.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric solutions and account management journeys across digital channels.
• Experience designing or delivering rewards, loyalty, membership, points, offers or related customer engagement capabilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with e-commerce products and digital commerce customer journeys.

Education:

Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
