Job summary

Talworx Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape and execute digital product roadmaps. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations to deliver high-quality experiences and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business, Engineering, CS, DS, Mathematics).
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience owning digital products from strategy through execution.
• Experience developing roadmaps and delivering customer-focused software products.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Exercise sound product judgment by evaluating opportunities and balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
• Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and business requirements.
• Develop product hypotheses and validate them through research, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Use customer insights, product analytics, and KPIs to inform prioritization and product decisions.
• Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and with measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and data-driven decision making where appropriate.
