Job summary

Skysun is seeking a Product Manager to bridge the gap between Business Analysts and the Engineering team. You will ensure that business requirements are clearly understood, development work is properly planned, and projects are delivered on time with high quality.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and leadership to move projects from planning to delivery with accountability for outcomes and timelines.

We are looking for a Product Manager who can bridge the gap between Business Analysts and the Engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, development work is properly planned, and projects are delivered on time with high quality. This role is about ownership, communication, and execution. You will work with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and leadership to ensure every project moves smoothly from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Take business requirement documents and workflow mappings from the Business Analyst.

Convert requirements into clear development tasks and priorities.

Work closely with Engineering Managers and developers to ensure work is delivered correctly and on schedule.

Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays.

Coordinate between Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and other stakeholders.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily progress tracking.

Ensure developers have everything needed before work begins.

Clarify requirements whenever there is ambiguity.

Validate completed features before handing them over for testing.

Keep leadership updated on project status, blockers, and timelines.

Ensure projects meet business requirements before release.

Drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

Required Experience

35 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Project Manager in software development.

Experience working directly with Business Analysts and Engineering teams.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing software projects from planning through production.

Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience working with MERN Stack development teams.

Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

Experience working with UI/UX designers.

Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

Experience with CRM or SaaS platforms.

Technical background or Computer Science education.
