Job summary

HelloSend is seeking a Junior Product Manager to help build and scale our SaaS products. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customers to identify problems, define product requirements, and deliver impactful product experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced, product-led environment, contribute to PRDs and user stories, and help shape AI-powered workflows and integrations within the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience on a SaaS product, preferably B2B SaaS
• Good understanding of the CRM ecosystem — CRM workflows, customer lifecycle, integrations
• Exposure to AI/Agentic products or platforms and how AI workflows are used in real-world products
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and defining product requirements
• Ability to work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success in an agile environment

HelloSend is looking for a Junior Product Manager to help build and scale our SaaS products. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers to identify problems, define product requirements, and deliver impactful product experiences.

What we’re looking for

1–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS/product-led environment

Understanding of the CRM ecosystem, customer journeys, workflows, and integrations

Hands‑on exposure to AI/Agentic platforms, AI-powered workflows, or automation products

Strong ability to translate customer/business problems into clear product requirements

Comfortable working with engineering and design teams in an agile environment

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Curious, proactive, and excited about building products from 0-1 and 1-10

Nice to have: Experience with APIs, integrations, B2B SaaS, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms.
