Job summary

YES BANK is seeking a Product Manager – Corporate Cards to lead design, development, governance, and innovation for our corporate payment solutions. You will shape the product strategy at the intersection of payments, technology, compliance, and customer experience.

Based in Mumbai, you will own end-to-end delivery for Corporate Cards, Purchase Cards, and Business Cards, coordinating with Operations, IT, Risk & Compliance, and Sales to deliver value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Product Management for credit or corporate payments.
• Knowledge of RBI Master Directions, KYC/AML guidelines.
• Experience with card networks and ERP/API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for corporate cards.
• Lead end-to-end product development and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Data Analytics, Risk & Compliance.
• Enhance ERP/API integrations and expense management workflows.
• Monitor KPIs like activation, spend, and profitability.
• Support sales with product constructs and enterprise client customization.

YES BANK’s Commercial Cards business is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Corporate Cards to lead product design, development, governance, and innovation for our corporate payment solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for corporate cards—covering Corporate Cards, Purchase Cards, and Business Cards.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development, ensuring alignment with card controls, limit constructs, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Data Analytics, Risk & Compliance for seamless product execution.
• Enhance product experiences including ERP/API integration, expense management workflows, and digital journeys.
• Monitor product KPIs (activation, spends, profitability) and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Work closely with card networks and partners (including co‑brand constructs as applicable).
• Support Sales & Key Accounts teams with product constructs, client pitches, and customization for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management within Credit Cards, Corporate Payments, Fintech, or Transaction Banking.
• Knowledge of corporate payment flows, card‑level controls, reconciliation needs, and credit constructs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (RBI Master Directions, KYC/AML guidelines).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with comfort navigating systems such as VisionPLUS.
