Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a renowned University.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience in Life or Wealth Insurance is mandatory.
• Preferred Agile/Product Management certification such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, PSPO, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
