Job Description:

Doctor Marketing & Engagement

• Develop and execute doctor-centric marketing and communication strategies.
• Understand doctor personas, segmentation, needs, and referral behaviour.
• Design targeted initiatives to strengthen doctor engagement and influence referrals.
• Develop scientific and clinical communication materials for doctors.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans along with promotional calendars.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve doctor engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Sales & Field Force Collaboration

• Work closely with field sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Training to strengthen field team effectiveness.
• Capture field insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Track doctor detailing and engagement effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Clinical and Embryology teams to ensure scientific accuracy in communication.
• Collaborate with Branding and other stakeholders to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Lead initiatives to improve doctor outreach and referral generation.
